GOSPEL RHYTHMS GETWAY CONTEST: OFFICIAL RULES
There is no Purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Your odds of winning are 1 out of every entry received that is eligible. You must be over 18 years old to enter this contest. You have not yet won. The sponsor of the sweepstakes is Gospel Productions, Inc. (the "Sponsor").
You may only enter this contest via the sponsor’s website at www.gospelrhythms.org. To enter, visit www.gospelrhythms.org complete, and submit the online entry form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. It will be assumed that all online entries have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of the entry. An "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
The winner will be randomly selected by the Sponsor during the airing of Gospel Rhythms television show on October 25, 2008. Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about October 26, 2008. If winner is notified by e-mail, the winner must reply with all contact information requested within seven (7) days from the date notification e-mail was sent, or another winner may be selected. All attempts will be made to notify the winner by telephone and mail if no response is received within seven (7) days of email notification. If no response is received within 21 days of the official prize drawing on October 26, 2008, a new winner may be selected. The winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of receipt of the prize upon notification. Upon receipt of the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability, the Sponsor will release the prize letters. In the event of noncompliance within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner selection is under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Only residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older are eligible. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families & household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void wherever prohibited by law. Any prize or prize notification returned to Sponsor as undeliverable may result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. By acceptance of prize, winner allows use of their name, photograph or other likeness, testimonial and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant's submitted information for marketing and promotion purposes subject to Sponsor's privacy policies unless prohibited by law. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
CONSUMER DISCLOSURE
No fee to enter. You have not yet won. Gospel Rhythms Island Getaway prize includes: two (2) roundtrip airline tickets from Ft. Lauderale to Jamaica and a three (3) night hotel stay at a hotel in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Hotel accommodations are double occupancy. Hotel package is room-only and does not include meals and beverages during hotel stay, airport transfers to and from hotel, taxes and gratuities. All expenses, including, but not limited to hotel taxes, airport transfers, gratuities, incidentals and personal purchases are the winner's sole responsibility. All taxes and fees associated with air travel are the sole responsibility of the winner. Airline tickets are for air transportation only and do not include air taxes, federal taxes, departure taxes or any other state, federal or travel taxes and fees imposed by any and all governments or federal bodies. Blackout dates apply. Airline prize tickets expire 12 months after prize has been awarded. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes on prize are winners' responsibility.
Sponsor is not obligated or responsible for (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion or otherwise violating these rules. If Sponsor determines, in its respective discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside their control compromise the integrity or viability of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to void entries at issue, modify the promotion and/or terminate the relevant portion of the promotion.
